
What's Liberty Hill Bakery?
Liberty Hill Bakery is a micro bakery specializing in gluten-free, dairy-free desserts and snacks. After winning Best Bakery in Liberty Hill in 2023 and multiple awards for her original recipes, owner Maiah Miller has shifted the bakery’s focus exclusively to wholesale. Starting September 2025, you’ll be able to enjoy Liberty Hill Bakery treats at several North Austin coffee shops. Follow on Instagram (icon below) to see the latest locations!
How to Order/How Much?
Liberty Hill Bakery is wholesale only, meaning sold directly to coffeeshops/stores that then resell to customers at a marked up price, and follows all the regulations for Texas law SB-541. Each baked good sells for about $3.50, packaged and labeled and made with organic ingredients and no gluten, dairy, egg, soy, corn or peanuts.
